The IAM20® is a powerful meditation combining movement, breathing and visualisation. Developed by Amma, the Integrated Meditation Technique® (IAM) has been taught to hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.  The practice works to reduce anxiety and build resilience, promoting peace, relaxation and happiness, enhancing your quality of life.  The aim is that everyone, regardless of experience, can meditate independently for 20 minutes a day.

The teaching takes place in a 3-hour session and anyone over the age of 18 can learn it. There is no fee for the course; the cost is solely to cover hall expenses.

Amritotsav” ~ An evening of Indian classical music

We will kick off the first of our series of Indian classical music concerts at the Amrita Hall on 26th February, featuring two world renowned performers.

Chandra Chakraborty, a leading Indian classical vocalist who will need no introduction to those familiar with the Indian classical music scene in Western Europe and elsewhere.

Shabhaz Hussain, regarded as one of the leading tabla virtuosos of his generation and has received numerous accolades for his captivating performances.

Both have performed extensively around the world so we are blessed to be hosting them at our very own Amrita Hall.

More information and registration to follow in next month’s eNews.

Save the date for now! This is one not to be missed.
